Humanities

Our KS2 Humanities program encourages students to explore and ask questions about the world, both in the present day and throughout history. Students engage in exciting projects focused on key historical periods, diverse cultures, and global geography.

These projects offer numerous opportunities to apply literacy and numeracy skills, as students research and present new information. Our curriculum aims to develop an understanding of chronological events, cultural practices, and the physical and human features of the environment. Through this, we foster empathy, critical thinking, and a global perspective, empowering students to become informed and active citizens.
